🚚 Delivery Policy

At Bloomique, we provide local flower delivery across most areas in Singapore. Please read our delivery terms below before placing your order.

🌼 Delivery Coverage

We deliver to most residential, office, and commercial addresses in Singapore.

We do not deliver to the following restricted areas:

  • Jurong Island

  • Military camps or army bases

  • Airport restricted zones (e.g. Changi Airfreight Centre)

  • Prisons and detention centres

  • Offshore islands (e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong)

Orders placed for these areas may be cancelled and refunded, subject to an administrative fee.

💵 Delivery Fees & Surcharges

  • A standard delivery fee applies to all orders.

  • Additional surcharges may apply for locations with higher access or transport costs, such as:

    • Sentosa

    • Tuas

    • Selected restricted-access buildings
      We will contact you if a surcharge applies before confirming the delivery.

⏰ Delivery Time Slots

We offer scheduled delivery within specific time windows. Please select your preferred delivery slot at checkout.

While we do our best to meet your selected time, delivery times may vary slightly due to traffic or weather conditions.

📦 Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the flowers, we will:

  1. Attempt to leave the item in a safe spot (e.g. at the door or reception); or

  2. Contact you or the recipient for further instructions.

If re-delivery is required, additional charges may apply.
