At Bloomique, we take great pride in crafting each arrangement with care and love. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive an order that is:

Incorrect, or

Significantly different from what was advertised,
please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will be happy to offer a replacement or store credit, where appropriate.
