Welcome to Bloomique! By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

  • We accept [list payment methods, e.g., PayNow, credit card, etc.].

  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

2. Product Availability

  • All floral arrangements are subject to flower availability.

  • We reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions with flowers of similar style, quality, and value, especially during peak seasons or limited supply.

3. Delivery

  • We offer delivery across most areas in Singapore.

  • Please ensure all delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Restricted Areas – No Delivery Available:
We do not deliver to the following locations:

  • Jurong Island

  • Military camps and army bases

  • Airport restricted zones (e.g. Changi Airfreight Centre)

  • Prisons and detention centres

  • Offshore islands (e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong)

Orders placed for these locations may be cancelled and refunded, subject to an administrative fee.

Surcharge Zones:
We reserve the right to apply a delivery surcharge for certain areas that require extended travel or special access, including but not limited to:

  • Sentosa

  • Tuas

  • Selected restricted-access buildings or remote areas

If a surcharge applies, we will contact you before processing the order.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, no refunds will be issued after delivery.

  • If there is a problem with your order (e.g., damaged, incorrect), please contact us within 2 hours with photos. We will review and may offer a replacement or store credit.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website—including photos, product names, and text—is the property of Bloomique. Please do not copy or use them without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages related to delays, substitutions, or delivery issues beyond our control.

7. Changes to Terms

  • Bloomique reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
