  • If your arrangement comes with a water source (vase or floral foam), ensure there is sufficient water daily.
  • Gently remove any wilted blooms or leaves to maintain overall freshness.
  • For vase arrangements, refresh water every 1-2 days and trim the stems at an angle to prolong vase life.
  • Enjoy your flowers and their natural charm for as long as possible!

Delivery Information

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the flowers during the selected delivery window.
  • For optimal freshness, flowers are delivered in an air-conditioned vehicle where possible.
  • In the rare case of delivery delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you promptly to rearrange the schedule.
  • Kindly note that once the delivery has been completed and acknowledged, Bloomique will not be responsible for any damage due to prolonged exposure to heat or mishandling.
